Can I Order Without A Credit Card?
Yes! We Provide Pay Pal A Secure sight for you to process your credit card or you can call  971-732-5297 You can pay by sending a  check or money order. Send your order by email complete with Item Numbers, prices and shipping information. Mail your check to Luckinc, Inc. for the total amount of your order. If you are ordering from outside the US, please, determine the shipping cost agreement before sending your check. Shipping will be after the check clears.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! Circlehereford-customsilver.com will ship Internationally. Surface delivery may take up to 3 months for delivery. Air Mail Parcel Post and Airborne Express are available in many areas. Choice of method of shipping will be determined by you, the customer. International shipping is not included in the web prices. Group orders can save on shipping cost per item. Ask for group discount prices.


What About Customs' Charges?
You will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges.

If you are not satisfied with any product that you order from this website, simply return it in new condition within 7 days for replacement or refund.


What is your return policy?
Circlehereford.com accepts returns on merchandise within 10 days of receiving your order. Original shipping charges are not credited on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to Circlehereford.com on returned items unless there was an incorrect item shipped by Circlehereford.com
Returns within 10 days of receiving your order can be for exchange or credit. A 10% restock fee & $10 handling fee may be applied to all returns for credit. This restock fee does not apply to exchanges. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies. All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes attached to the products, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper. No C.O.D. on shipments will be accepted. Only shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid by Luckinc Inc dba www.circlehereford.com. The return must be shipped by standard ground shipment or regular First Class Mail in order for shipping cost credit. We will not credit the extra shipping cost of express delivery. We will only refund shipping cost if the item is returned by First Class Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx Ground Shipping.
Luckinc Inc strongly recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. If item arrives damaged, save the item and the original box and packing it arrived in, notify Luckinc Inc. immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged item
Is there a restocking charge?
Fill out back of packing slip with your complaint and include with merchandise. Special order, drop ships, and custom merchandise may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee.


What do I do with items that are damaged & or the shipment is incomplete (Shortages)?
Contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. Damages and shortages must be reported within 72 hours.
